AB-Flatmate is a London based estate agent, focusing on the student market, providing high quality and affordable accommodation to anyone in the capital and beyond. The client approached us looking for an advanced search and filter system, which allowed students to quickly and easily find accommodation.

Using our fully bespoke and custom website design, we integrated an accommodation search system which quickly sorted and filtered the database of properties. We built the site with Wordpress, which allows the client to easily add/edit/delete properties in real time. We also introduced a range of payment options, and tenant/landlord dashboard features.

The result is an easy to use student accommodation website which has helped boost the client’s portfolio and scale of business. The client can easily keep track of leads and incoming sales, as well as manage their portfolio of properties.
